Promotion records
Keep the Promotion Version You Actually Accepted
A year in a search title does not prove that the terms are current. The useful record is the version displayed to the account at activation, tied to the exact code and timestamp.
Review current Syndicate promo termsRecord the activation state
Before accepting, save the promotion title, code, deposit requirement, reward, expiry and terms URL. Include the timestamp and account currency.
After activation, capture the confirmation and balance split. This distinguishes an accepted offer from a code that was merely entered or advertised.
- Code and title
- Terms version
- Activation time
- Balance credit
Track progress with account data
Record starting wagering target, current progress and remaining amount after each session. Keep the game list and maximum-bet rule beside the ledger.
Do not infer progress by multiplying stake totals when games have different contribution rates. Use the account meter and round history together.
Watch expiry and changes
Set the expiry in the same timezone used by the promotion. A 24-hour or seven-day window can close earlier than expected if the operator uses UTC.
If displayed terms change, preserve both versions and ask which one governs the already activated offer. Do not rely on an undated screenshot copied by another site.
- Expiry timezone
- Original terms
- Later terms
- Support response
Close the ledger at withdrawal
Before cashout, record whether the bonus is completed, forfeited or still active and how cancellation affects winnings. Save the final cash balance.
If a withdrawal is challenged, provide the accepted version, round-level evidence and completion status in one case rather than arguing from a current public banner.
Syndicate account questions
Is a page labelled 2026 automatically current?
